We believe in the Mediterranean diet and healthy food, but we also love getting hands-on with every dish, working with excellent produce, and continually updating our menu.
That and our innate curiosity led us to delve deep into Southeast Asia. That experience changed how we viewed rice and cooking. A lot of businesses in the hotel and catering industry are closely linked to the sea and a relaxed lifestyle. We wanted to bring that energy to Valencia and invite our guests to relax, enjoy a good rice dish or relaxed Mediterranean meal with their family or friends in a great atmosphere.
